Last Monday evening, the Sheffield Sharks hosted a 20th Anniversary Dinner at the Royal Victoria Hotel in Sheffield. I had the great pleasure of hosting what was a truly memorable event. Congratulations to the Sharks of the first 20 years.

This was one of the biggest Netball events in the North of England. It would see the Champions, unbeaten Manchester Thunder take on Hertfordshire Mavericks in front of a crowd in excess of 4,000 at the Manchester Arena. It was a wonderful event in every way, with the exception of the result for the Manchester Thunder.

Delighted to have been part of a wonderful experiment by Equity Housing, who put on a special day to engage with the customers and to get feedback on the services they provide. It was truly wonderful.
