“I was very pleased with my progression especially in the latter half of last season. Coach Lyons challenged me to work on my strength and fitness last summer and earn my playing time. I’m pleased to say it paid off, so here I am ready to go again and hungry for more”.

Coach Atiba Lyons was pleased with the progress as the young guard transitioned through the ranks into the team rotation.

“Like anyone looking to establish a career in any professional sport it takes time and commitment, and Nate has that in abundance.

We all knew he can shoot the ball however, the game is played at both ends of the floor and he showed great progression in all areas.

I’m pleased for him and I’m happy to welcome him back into the fold”

Nate joins teammates Rodney Glasgow Jr and Marcus Delpeche both having recently committed their own futures to the organisation.

“I’m really looking forward to this season and being part of something big here at the Sharks. We have a new arena on the horizon, and I get the feeling this is going to be a big year for the team, the organisation and for myself. I can’t wait to get going it’s been a long summer!”

Watch out for more signings in the next few days with pre-season just round the corner.

The Sharks take on the London Lions in the first match of the season Friday, 23rd September in Sheffield at 7:30pm LIVE on Sky Sports. Tickets are now available!
