All those years ago when I agreed to start doing the Gospel Hour, little did I realize how successful it would be and how long it would last. We are now on Episode 591 and more to come. It has been an absolute blast!


As a concept, the Chill Zone was born some years ago. The idea was to play some of the more laidback tracks in the collection. It has become something rather special because of the quality of the tunes we play and the variety. On Wednesday the 30th of September 2020, The Caribbean and African Health Network [CAHN] launched Black History Month with a wonderful on-line event. Our Keynote Speaker was Lord Simon Woolley. Lord Woolley was recently included in the book 100 Great Black Britons. This was his joyous and inspiring presentation.
