The Everybody Awards Evening is an annual event, recognising the contributions of local heroes in sport, play and active recreation.

Cheshire Phoenix has completed an audacious move to sign the world's tallest basketball player, Paul 'Tiny' Sturgess.

And so the Cheshire Phoenix are finally finding their feet in the 2014/15 BBL Season. Back2Back wins against Bristol and Plymouth have seen the 'NIX' rise to 4th in the Week 8 BBL League Table.

British Basketball’s new shared vision inspires Wales to commit it’s future as part of British Basketball

Well there were some truly big wins in Week 7 of this BBL Championship. Leeds Force picked up their first win while Bristol Flyers won a big one against Sheffield Sharks at home. Both Force and Flyers would lose their second games this weekend. Force to Leicester Riders while Flyers went down to Glasgow Rocks.
