After a dominant 60-85 performance against Hemel Storm in the quarter-final of the Division One Playoffs the club will now take on the famous Final Fours in Manchester.
Saturday sees the Amaechi Basketball Centre in Manchester host the semi-finals with Carnegie’s local rivals Bradford Dragons taking on the League, Cup and Trophy holding Reading Rockets at 2pm.
This will be followed by Carnegie matching up against Essex Leopards at 6pm in the other semi-final.
Carnegie and Essex have shared the spoils have been so far this season. Carnegie drew first blood with a hard fought 64-61 win in January, with Branimir Mikulic pouring in 20 points for Leeds. The Leopards returned the favour last month with a 77-70 win in Essex.
The winners of the semi-finals will then return to action on Sunday to decide who is crowned the post season champion, in what is always the biggest game of the season.
Leeds is expected to take a strong support with them across to Manchester as they look to move up to the BBL with some silverware in hand. Tickets are available through England Basketball’s website HERE
