It’s now 6pm Friday, we are going home tomorrow. When we visited Lester on Tuesday this day seemed far far away….


I spray myself every evening before dusk with mosquito repellent but this morning I am again, full of bites, am I being bitten during the day?


It’s now Friday morning and has rained continuously since early evening yesterday. We are having breakfast in our pod this morning, artisan granola from the on site bakery, I’m having their home made plain yoghurt with mine, Mike has milk. Their yoghurt taste delicious, I could eat it on its own.


Tuesday - Coming up to 4am, still dark outside. Monday we were allowed out of quarantine but it was only by accident we found that out when housekeeping knocked and asked if we wanted the room cleaned


After the hassle of the last few weeks getting all the documentation and testing that we needed to travel, the day finally dawned and we were off to London to spend a night in the Premier Inn at Gatwick.


A long table, draped in white cloths, with chairs on either side sit under the gazebo, before long the garden is full of people, we take a seat and the singing starts.


It's 3.20am, we are 5 hours behind you in the UK and my body doesn't want any more sleep. (We had gone to bed about 8 pm thinking it was much later)
