Look who’s in the ‘Carnegie’ house tonight
- Comments: None
Carnegie lost their opening league encounter in Worthing last weekend so they will be keen to get back to winning ways at the first opportunity. Last season Leeds dominated the derby meeting at the Leeds Met Sports Arena, whilst the game away went the way of Bradford with a buzzer beating play from Rihards Sulcs.
Bradford has had a major overhaul of their roster in the off season and is yet to start their league campaign. However American guard Dan Foley has provided the most impressive start so far along with returning centre Chris McGrew.
Carnegie Head Coach Matt Newby is prepared for what Bradford will bring to the floor saying “The Dragons have once more recruited a strong line up and will invariable bring a blue collar work ethic to the floor unmatched by most teams in the league. Head Coach Chris Mellor is a class act who irrespective of the high and lows of season brings his charges out firing on all cylinders”
The game is at the Leeds Metropolitan Sports Arena and is set to tip off at 7:30pm.
Once again the exciting new Fanzone will be open at 6:30pm offering hot food, a licensed bar, big screen TV’s as well as a shootaround area for people to hone their basketball skills. Tickets are £6 for Adults, £3 Concessions and £15 for a Family (2+2) ticket . Tickets are available through the club’s website and on the door.
