For a number of years I have been contemplating the possibility of listing some of my favourite films here on mikeshaft.com. As you can imagine, I must have seen thousands of films in my life and I think it is only fair that I pay tribute to some wonderful entertainment.

On Wednesday the 20th of April 2016, I was absolutely delighted to be a part of the Sheffield Sharks End of Season celebrations in Sheffield. A wonderful night was had by all, especially as the team had qualified for the 2015/16 Play-Offs and their season was far from over.

A wonderful night of Netball at the Manchester Arena with an encounter between Manchester Thunder and Yorkshire Jets. A massive crowd was on hand as the game was broadcast live on SKY Sports.

The NBA comes to the UK to hold a series of Jnr Basketball Camps. It was a joy to be there on the final day.
