Some weeks ago, I was interviewed, by Radio.co about my thoughts on radio, broadcasting, internet radio, and being a dj. The video is now on-line and I have to say I am delighted by it. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

Some very encouraging comments for people, like myself, thinking of launching an internet radio station or getting more involved in radio there Mike.
I along with a very good friend of mine Chris Grundy cover the smooth soul & jazz show now and again on our local community station, Bolton FM playing the music we both love from artists like Euge Groove, Peter White and Dave Koz etc. – when we covered the show this weekend we did a phone interview with keyboard player, Oli Silk who was good enough to give us his time and it was well received from some listeners, which made me want to maybe get more involved presenting and producing more stuff like this and playing this sort of music on my own radio station maybe. Can you give me anymore information as to the best and cheapest way to go about it please? You mentioned in the interview you pay £30 something a month is that all? do you need any licences?

If, on the off chance (and for some constructive criticism) you would like to hear my co-presenter Chris and I talking to Oli Silk (2 songs in after the news) the 2nd hour of the show from yesterday is here:
