BBL Chairman Ed Percival is dead

Ed held the position of BBL Chairman for the last two years and had overseen a period of significant growth and improvements in many different aspects of the business.

He was also a big supporter of the women’s game and took on the role of WBBL Chairman for the inaugural 2014-15 campaign.

Ed was also a valued Trustee of the Basketball Foundation and a much loved and admired character who was known throughout the entire British Basketball community, having been involved for many decades.

Our thoughts are with his wife Valerie and his family at this very difficult time.
