A Master Class in Officiating is taking place at the EIS in Sheffield, over the weekend of April 17-19. The Master Class will include speakers Ronnie Nunn (former Director of NBA referees), Howard Webb (PGMOL Technical Director), Mark Clark (Barking Academy Coach), Davorin Nakic and Alan Richardson from FIBA Europe Referee Department.

Saturday 14 February 2014 saw the Sure Shot Junior Finals taking place at the Amaechi Centre in Manchester. Eight teams were in hand to provide some great entertainment as they strived to lift one of the four trophies on offer. Congratulations to our winners Sevenoaks Suns who did the double, Cheshire Wire and Manchester Magic.

Led by the duo of Lovell Cook and Makal Stibbins, who combined for 41 points, London Lions roared past Sheffield Sharks 86-80 on Friday at the Copper Box Arena to book a spot in the BBL Trophy Semi-Final.

Well this weekend was the All star Weekend and Madison Square Gardens came alive. These are the Top 10 dunks from the West v East All Star Game. Please brace yourself for #1 and be prepared to scream out loud. I was out of my seat.

There was plenty of drama in the BBL Championship on Sunday, as all eight teams in action were involved in close-knit games, crowned by an up-tempo basketball spectacle at Plymouth Pavilions.

Sevenoaks Suns and Cheshire Wire were crowned Basketball England’s U16 Sureshot National Cup champions, with Sevenoaks returning to take the U18 girls’ crown, and which saw Manchester Magic victorious as the U18 boys’ champions.
