Well I am just recovering from almost a full day of computer problems. The computer would come on but it would not see the E Drive. So what's on the E Drive? It is all my photos, videos etc. We eventually get it going but the advice is "Move everything from that drive as soon as you can".

Moving this stuff is not a problem but it does throw up some stuff that I haven’t seen in years. Some great photos and videos.

GB Men were training down south and the media were invited. This was in 2010 as preparations were on the way for the build up to London 2012.

I grabbed the opportunity to chat with the then Assistant Coach Nick Nurse.
