The BBL rookie has enjoyed a brilliant start to his career at Phoenix and posted some sensational numbers ever since taking his place in the line-up for the north-west club – outstripping the other contenders for the prestigious accolade.

Watt amassed a performance valuation of 26.8 per game, way beyond his closest rival Kramer Knutson of Surrey United who accumulated a valuation of 20.1 per game.

The frontcourt star showed outstanding consistency during his eight games in the period, averaging a stellar double-double.

He harvested 18.6 points per game at a brilliant 65% from the field and also led the BBL in rebounding with an eye-catching 13.6 boards per game.

Much of that has been down to his sensational effort on the offensive glass, pulling down an average of more than five offensive rebounds each time he steps onto the hardwood.

The powerhouse Texas A&M graduate is also fourth in the swat chart with 1.3 blocked shots per game.
