Says Knights coach Paul Douglas: “Eagles are always tough to beat at home. They have such loyal fans and the players really feed off their energy but I trust my players and I trust their commitment to stick to our game plan after the Riders game as it showed what can happen if we don’t.”

Wolves Go Top And Stay Unbeaten

Worcester Wolves lead the BBL Championship after dodging a bullet at the Copper Box Arena against London Lions to preserve their unbeaten record and pick up a third win in as many games.

The Wolves needed overtime to scrape home 63-62, and spoil the homecoming for Lions new boy Matthew Bryan-Amaning, who grabbed five spectacular blocks but couldn’t secure a fairytale return to the capital or prevent his team slumping to successive league losses.
