Great Britain's Women capped off their own awesome summer of basketball with promotion to 'Eurobasket A'. The GB Women arrived in Holland with a comfortable 36 point cushion from the first leg but through the opening exchanges of this encounter comfortable was not the word one would use to describe their situation.
